Men's Ministry Breakfast @ Grace - Pointe Cafe
Our Grace Men’s Ministry Team would like to invite all Grace men to join them in our Pointe Cafe the morning of Sat., May 11. Doors open/time of fellowship will ensue at 8 a.m., breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m., and then at 9:15 a.m. Pastor James will share a biblical message. The Team hopes this will provide an excellent opportunity for the men of Grace to fellowship together and an opportunity for the vision of the ministry to be shared so that they can prayerfully consider how the Lord wishes to use this ministry for His glory, both at Grace and in our communities. MEMBERSHIP CLASS (Rm 119)
Ready to find out what membership with a church means? What do the elders (pastors) of Grace Church believe? Wondering how to get connected to other believers? What does living in community mean? You don't have to be new to Grace Church to be experiencing these questions. You may already be a member but you just want to understand more about what God's Word says about His bride, the church.
Preregister for this free class by calling the Church Office at 789-6155 or by calling Pam at x5 by Tues., May 14. All materials provided. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide childcare for this class. It is our hope that having this class start at 1pm gives people an opportunity to go get a bite to eat or drop off children to caregivers after the 10am service and still get back in time for class.

Conversing in Culture taught by Pastor Josh Warner in Room 119. Class Description: We all live in a culture that is changing. A relevant issue of our time is understanding how to Biblically relate to the culture on controversial identity issues. Consider these questions: What is a Biblical perspective concerning identity? How should the Church understand transgender or sexuality questions? How should a Christian challenge (or receive?) topics such as tolerance, diversity, equity, and inclusion? During this 8-week course we will interact with the relevant Scripture texts and a host of other video and print resources to help us have productive conversations in our culture with truth and love. All are welcome, regardless of background or perspective.
